What Is the Cost?

Costs depends on the number of meals served, the number of nights you are staying, and the number in your group. Groups typically stay two nights, arriving on Friday night (snack), Saturday (3 meals plus evening snack), Sunday (2 meals). However, we are happy to customize your stay. How Many People Can I Bring?

We accommodate groups as large as 300. Depending on the time of year, we may be able to accommodate larger groups. Please contact our conference director for more details.

How Many People Can Sleep in A Cabin?

In general, our cabins sleep about 16 people on bunkbeds (8 bunks). Though, cabin size does vary, so please refer to the description of each cabin, located here.

Do I Need to Bring Bedding?

If you are staying in one of our cabins you will need to bring your own bedding and toiletries. If you are staying in one of our private rooms, linens are provided.

Are There Bathrooms and Showers?

Yes, Deer Run cabins each cabin has at least two showers, toilets, and sinks. Brookwoods cabins have toilets and sinks have a common shower house.

When Are Meals Served?

The meal times are generally 8:00, 12:30 and 5:30, but these can be changed to meet your group’s needs.

Can I Drive My Car?

Yes, we have parking lots for your use.. However, if your group is large, we encourage you to carpool as space is limited.

Are There Snacks at Night?

We provide light snacks each evening for your group. Additionally, coffee and tea are always available in the Dining Hall.

Do you have a ropes course?

Yes, we have a ropes course with low and high elements. If you’re interested in a day on the ropes course with initiative games, arrangements must be prior to arrival. Please contact George Bowlng to inquire about availability and pricing.

How Accessible Are Your Facilities?

Brookwoods Conference Center has well-maintained gravel roads and paths that connect cabins to meeting areas and to the Dining Hall. There are wheelchair ramps into the main meeting areas. We make every effort to make our facilities as accessible as possible in keeping with the rugged outdoor nature of our camp. Please contact us for specific ways we can help meet your accessibility needs.

Can You Accommodate Food Allergies or Special Diets?

Yes, we can accommodate many of the common food allergies (we have a nut-free kitchen). Please communicate needs and requests with our Conference Director and Food Service Director so that meals can be safe.

I Left Something at Brookwoods, Do You Have a Lost and Found?

Our facilities and housekeeping staff clean all the areas and bring lost and found to our Main Office. This process can take up to 2 days. If you think you left an item, please call us at 603-875-3600 and we’ll check our lost and found.
