Brookwoods Cabin Makeovers
At Brookwoods, cabins have been extended 10 feet in order to add new bathrooms. Simultaneously, the electrical and plumbing systems have been upgraded. These projects are not exciting in pictures, but they make a huge difference in the cabin community experience!
Deer Run Cabin Updates
At Deer Run we are working on adding covered front porches to all the cabins, which will create additional areas for campers and counselors to gather as a group or for a one-on-one chat and space for drying wet gear. Dirty shoes are shed there (instead of inside the cabin) and wet towels and clothing have a place to dry. A lot happens on the porches of our cabins! Other DR Cabins have received additional space and other upgrades as necessary.
