Resources For Parents

Timeline & Checklist for All Parents:

  1. Deposit for each camper is required upon registration.
  2. Tuition balance is due April 15th, unless a payment plan as been previously established with the Main Office.
  3. Camper forms are due May 1st.
  4. Transportation forms are due two weeks before your camper arrives at camp.

Parent Resources

  • Parent on-line Medical Form:  Parents can fill out their portion of the medical form on-line.  The doctors STILL need to fill out their portion of the Medical Form or provide you a “standard form” which most medical practices utilize for school and sports requirements.
  • Medical Provider Form: Campers need to have a physical within the last 12 months prior to attending camp. Parents can either submit the form provided by their Medical Provider or have that provider complete this printable form.
  • Portal to upload any document.
  • Letter to my Counselor:  Campers have an opportunity to tell their Counselors about themselves.
  • Brookwoods & Deer Run Parent Handbook: Please be sure to read through the Parent Handbook. It contains the list of stuff to pack for camp! Here’s the PDF which contains all the required forms if you don’t want to use the on-line options listed above.
  • Moose River Outpost Parent Handbook: Please be sure to read through the Parent Handbook. It contains the list of stuff to pack for camp! Here’s the PDF which contains all the required forms if you don’t want to use the on-line options listed above.
  • WILD Handbook: Please be sure to read through the WILD Handbook. It contains the list of stuff to pack for camp! Here’s the PDF which contains all the required forms if you don’t want to use the on-line options listed above.
  • LDP Handbook: Please be sure to read through the LDP Handbook. It contains the list of stuff to pack for camp! Here’s the PDF which contains all the required forms if you don’t want to use the on-line options listed above.
  • Explorer Club Handbook: Please be sure to read through the Camp Handbook. It contains the list of stuff to pack for camp! Here’s the PDF which contains all the required forms if you don’t want to use the on-line options listed above.
  • Camp Brookwoods and Deer Run offer the opportunity to become Certified SCUBA Divers to campers who are 12 years of age or older. The program lasts for two weeks and meets each afternoon for about 2 hours during the first and third two week sessions.  See the Camper Handbook for additional information.  The forms can be downloaded HERE.
  • Brookwoods Store:  This is the place to get your camp uniforms and other gear!
  • Deer Run Store:  This is the place to get your Deer Run uniforms.

  • ReKINDling Curiosity is a grant program available to all children living and participating in summer camps in New Hampshire. If you live in NH and are attending Brookwoods or Deer Run, you can find out more information and sign up for this program here
