Leadership Development Programs offered at our camps are an intensive 8 or 16 week leadership and discipleship training experience. Each participant will live in close quarters with other peers and counselors. The program can be a life-changing experience for all involved, and our hope in the selection process is to put together a group of young men and women who will be willing to learn from their counselors and from each other, as teachability is of the utmost importance in this program. The ideal participant is mature, self-aware, and a willing participant in a variety of activities. The input on this reference form will be most helpful to us when the form is filled out completely and honestly by someone who knows the applicant well.
