The 2018 Winter Reunion
Believe it or not the 2018 Winter Reunion is right around the corner…
If you are like us, we are already missing our fellow summer staffers and campers! And we are looking forward to the next time we will all be together.
So, sign up for Winter Reunion because we want to hang out! Then go find your favorite winter gear (ski goggles, snowman mittens, ski jacket) and take a “selfie” with it. Post that pic on Instagram and use #WinterReunion2018 so we can see who is coming.
Winter Reunion will be held at Camp Brookwoods and Deer Run from December 29th thru December 31st, 2017. On Friday, campers should arrive between 7:00 – 9:00 PM. On Sunday, the reunion ends at 2:00 PM. Transportation is available if needed.
Where: Camp Brookwoods and Deer Run
What to Expect: Fun, friends & fellowship. Games, sledding, broom hockey, hot chocolate, talks by the fireplace, summer videos, singing, Bible Studies, evening devotions, and much more.
Registration Cost: $125.00 per person for the Reunion.
Transportation: Either by bus from Lexington, Massachusetts or by van from Manchester/Logan Airports.
Campers Arrive: Plan to arrive between 7:00 – 9:00 PM on Friday, December 29th. Dinner will NOT be served at camp, so please eat before you arrive.
SALT and LDP: Your Winter Reunion will start 24 hours earlier. Please plan to arrive between 7:00 – 8:00 PM on Thursday, December 28th. Dinner will NOT be served at camp.
Depart: The reunion ends at 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 31st.
Who is Coming: Your fun-loving Brookwoods and Deer Run counselors, campers and other staff members. Only those age 12 and above will be permitted to attend.
What to Bring: Sleeping bags, your Bible, your journal, lots of warm clothes, a towel, and your toothbrush!
Bus: The bus will be at the Lexington Service Plaza on the northbound side of I-95 off exit 30. The plaza has a McDonald’s and Gulf station. It will leave Lexington at 6:00 PM on Friday, December 29th, and will return approximately 4:30 PM on Sunday, December 31st.
Airport: Flights into Manchester Airport in New Hampshire or Logan Airport in Boston, should be scheduled to arrive between 3:00 and 6:00 PM on Friday, December 29th, and depart from 2:00 and 6:00 PM on Sunday, December 31st. Airport transportation will only be provided to those arriving on airplanes.
