5 Reasons Setting up a Christmas Tree Reminds Us of Camp

1. That smell. Its fresh, cool, and clean. Its just like camp. Except for the boys cabins. Other than that it’s just like camp.

2. Those pine needles that always find their way into the waist of your pants while you hang the lights… ugh. It reminds us of building that debris hut at Survival. Shower time.

3. A Christmas tree is best enjoyed with a cup of hot chocolate. We’ll admit it. Camp is best enjoyed that way too. Just remember to clean up the Swiss Miss wrappers when you’re done.

4. A tree now means a great bonfire later. Better warm up your singing voice…

5. The glass balls make me think of trench dodgeball. Is that bad?
