When: Friday December 30th 2022-Sunday January 1st 2023
Drop-off/Registration is between 5:00-6:00 PM on Friday December 30th.
Pickup is Sunday January 1st at 2:00 PM
Bus Transportation: There will be a coach bus leaving Lexington MA on Friday December 30th at 4:00 PM EST. Limited spaces available, so please reach out to corey@christiancamps.net to reserve your seat!
- Pickup location: Rt 128, Northbound side, exit #46A, Lexington Service Plaza parking lot, (There is a McDonald’s and Mobile Station).
- Drop Off: Bus will return on Sunday, January 1st at 4:00 PM ST to the same service plaza location.
What: Awesome winter retreat with all your friends at camp!
Registration Cost: $125 per camper, and it is open to campers 12 and up.
HEALTH POLICY: Please remember that you will be sharing a cabin with others. If you are sick, we ask that you stay home. We want everyone to enjoy the Winter Reunion and return home healthy.
We will not be requiring masking or testing for this event. We reserve the right to test anyone who presents with Covid-19 symptoms while they are at camp. LDPS: LDP I and II’s from summer 2022 can plan to arrive early on Thursday December 29th at 5:00pm. Dinner will be provided at 5:30 PM and program following!

Greetings Brookwoods and Deer Run Campers,
This past summer at camp was pretty great and I’d imagine you would love to come back and see your friends! You are invited to join us Friday, December 30th thru Sunday January 1st for our Brookwoods & Deer Run Winter Reunion 23′! What better way to ring in the New Year than to be at camp! This is a special opportunity for you to return to camp mid-year, be encouraged in your walk with Christ, connect with camp friends, and catch up with your counselors!
We are excited to have our very own Brookwood’s Food Service Director, Jon Cooper, serving as this year’s speaker. The theme is titled “Letting Go” coming from Philippians 3:12-14 “…but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me… Forgetting what is behind… I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” Much of our culture tells us that we are not enough, that we have to look or appear a certain way. Sometimes we can be fixated on our flaws, regrets, anxieties and let them dictate how we connect to friends, family or God. We look forward to opening up the Word, discovering what it means to “let go” and learning to press on and take hold of the goal to which God has called us!
There are lots of great things you can anticipate about the 2023 Winter Reunions. There will be fun activities including our outdoor ice rink, broom ball, tubing, a cardboard sled building competition, lip sync, crafts, lots of hot-chocolate and crazy games. If you have ice skates and a hockey stick, please feel free to bring them along! We will also have plenty of great food and snacks to enjoy and additionally a New Year’s Eve Party! You can expect to see some FIREWORKS!
